No support and resets

Since the last update of the app and the update to 10.8.4 this app has been less than stellar.
The menu bar icon flashes on updates. The application randomly resets to its default of Muskegon MI.
I posted a query to the developer 2 weeks agao and have yet to receicve a reply.
Dont waste your money.
These are not the droids you are looking for…
Too bad, this used to work well.
